On Sunday, September 27, 2026, the Riviera di Ponente will once again become the capital of amateur cycling with the 13th edition of the Alassio HEUFORIA International Granfondo.
Thanks to favorable weather forecasts promising mild temperatures and clear skies, the event organized by GS Alpi promises to be a truly all-around festive weekend. The event, limited to 800 participants, remains the perfect combination for athletes and families: a unique opportunity to cycle through the breathtaking scenery of the Ligurian coast and inland areas, while allowing companions to enjoy the sun, the beaches, and Alassio’s famous hospitality.

The big news this year is the arrival of HEUFORIA as the event’s title sponsor. The Route: 90.6 km along the beaches and to the Sanctuary of the Madonna della Guardia
The route for this edition spans 90.6 kilometers with an elevation gain of 1,790 meters, offering the ideal balance for those who want to test their end-of-season fitness and for those who wish to cycle surrounded by nature.
- The Start: The race will begin right at the famous Muretto di Alassio, following the beaches and the Ligurian coastline before venturing into the hilly and technically challenging terrain of the inland region, between the Apennines and the Maritime Alps.
- The Epic Finish: The finish line is set at the summit of the Sanctuary of the Madonna della Guardia. The final kilometers of the climb will demand maximum competitive effort on the pedals, rewarding athletes with an incredible 360-degree panoramic view of the entire Gulf of Alassio.
